Our History

Shandong ZhengBang Plastic Products Co.,LTD is specialized in research, development and manufacturing of multilayer laminated fabrics. Our product categories are expanding, which currently includes PP & PE tarpaulin, synthetic roofing underlayment, aluminum foil laminated polyester film, weed mat and ground cover, etc.

Our Factory

The factory is located in Yinan county of Shandong Province, and serves customers in both domestic and overseas markets. It covers an area of 35 thousand square meters, and employs more than 200 dedicated staff who will set you assured and comfortable with its differentiated service. 

Our Product

Zhengbang has been striving to deliver products with higher efficiency and quality by constantly optimizing its working process and independently testing our products against the best in the market, aiming to be a high level tarpaulin supplier. We have the most comprehensive testing equipment, and the color, CPT, tensile strength and tear strength, COF, and elongation are constantly tested to ensure consistent quality. Our fabrics are tear-proof, waterproof, mould and mildew resistant, and treated with UV filter for durability and extended service life.

Our Certificate

Currently we are SGS and Bureau Veritas certified, and our products pass the PAHS and REACH standard tests. With our solid experience, technical know-how and rigid quality control system, our products meet various customer's requirements with competitive price and customized services. 

Production Equipment

It is equipped with more than 100 sets of state-of-the-art production equipment, which forms a complete series of production line, including 2 extruders, 44 weaving looms, 1 lamination line and 1 fabrication line. Our weaving looms adopt Korean technology, and both weaving looms and lamination line can process fabrics with max width of 2.8 meters, which is very rare among our competitors. Our engineers are improving the machines from time to time, and the capability of processing varied products are greatly improved. The monthly production capacity is 600 tons, which means 25 containers of 40 feet are shipped throughout the world per month.3
